Creating a product – evaluating customer needs
When creating information products and courses, you should target your audience's needs and problems.
But how?
The easiest way is to already have a list of clients that you can target. Ask them. Probably the simplest thing, but often it does not happen. "What do you want?" You involve the client and feel as if they care about them and their opinions. Take what they want and work on.
One way to send a "Help me" email. "I'm developing a new product – what do you want to know?" Customers will specifically tell you what they want to know and what they need to know about their products. With this knowledge you can write down the description, add it to future emails, you can include the ad.
It's much harder to launch a new product line without any customer getting it.
First you have to start with a target client. Which group of people do you want to target your product to get the most sales? If you sell a weight-loss book, you will not target people who want to learn to create home movies. Understand who will buy your product and know what your need is. And the simplest way to create our own perfect client.
You should focus on three elements:
1. Problems
What are the problems with the majority? What do they find difficult or what happens to them that they do not see an answer? Give them the answer.
2nd Needs
Every living thing, no matter how big or small, needs your needs that are essential for survival. We will figure out what we are like to your potential customers; when targeting parents, the product should reflect the safety of children while giving them their love and helping them grow up. Use the Maslow lists to help you focus on important things.
3rd Motivations
These are very similar to needs, the difference is that while the need is always motivation, motivation is not always necessary. Tell me to win a soap derby. This is not necessarily necessary because it is not necessary to survive (or to your loved ones). This is a motivation for you to work hard on a competitor, maybe you can find plans on the Internet, or read a few books on how to design and make one. Find out what motivates a client to do everything he does and finds an easy way to feel as if he or she needs your product.
