The content of the content of the curriculum is no different from other products. The product should be designed in the product. And for that you have to plan the process.
Quality Managers learned that quality assurance – quality planning in the process – is more efficient and more effective than simply quality control at the end of the process. This is especially true of writing and other information products (also called content content).
Content content is characterized by four main quality control methods. Each of them focuses on one element of the quality equation … content, organization, or transport.
The first traditionally presumed to be true. Content is not really measurable to the audience. So they are ignored in the traditional content content creation system. Except the audience … which is least able to measure the quality of the content. Instead, the audience determines the quality of the content by measuring relevance.
A good course production system always begins to eliminate the audience and their needs. This effectively ensures that the quality of the content is as high as you can. Unfortunately, there is no other way than a trial and a bug to test its reality.
The second is traditionally called structural editing. The purpose of this type of editing is to ensure that content is well organized. Effectively, the creator of the contents of the curriculum – whatever the media might be – is becoming arguable. It's about arguing to find a solution to your audience's problem, to dream a dream, or to avoid fear. Structural editing improves your argument and ensures that this is correct.
Conventional structural editing occurs after the writing is completed. However, this is very ineffective. If you create a detailed contour from which the product can be created, you can edit the contour structure. This means that the changes can be much more effective than conventional techniques.
The third element is delivery. Usually, the write process will take place immediately. Typically refers to editing copy. Sometimes it is incorrectly named proof-editing. Its main theme is spelling, grammar, word usage, sentence and paragraph structure. This should be done after the actual writing of the book, e-book, or script. Traditionally, they have been combined with structural editing.
The fourth and final edits are called evidence editing. Editing after writing ensures that the product to be delivered is as good as possible. However, this is only a temporary product. The final product is the product produced by the publication. Proof editing is a polishing step that ensures that the product is perfect.
For visual or audio products that include editing extra elements often referred to as product packaging.
